Bringing together the best

Qmile Group has a track record of building desirable places, creating communities where people love to work, live and relax. We succeed time and again because our experienced in-house team brings extensive expertise in sales, marketing, commercial, construction and project management.

Our most celebrated development

At Edinburgh’s renowned Quartermile, we seamlessly combined luxury apartments, offices and retail space to establish one of the UK’s most successful mixed-use developments. We are 3 times gold award winners of the What House award for Best Mixed Use Development. Most notably, two Grade A office buildings comprising 128,600 sq ft and 72,991 sq ft were funded, built and let to high-profile tenants, including financial services business State Street Bank & Trust Company and audio chip designer Cirrus Logic.

Developments in the pipeline

Craighouse is a 52-acre, £100m development comprising 145 luxury townhouses and apartments in Edinburgh at one of the city’s most sought-after addresses. Its Grade A listed status means we have taken on the task of returning this historic site to its former glory, expertly blending the old and new.

We'll soon be bringing to market Edinburgh’s most prestigious commercial and retail development – Haymarket. The four-acre site of new commercial property in Edinburgh will be host to three Grade A office buildings totalling 350,000 sq ft, a 190-room hotel and a 172-room aparthotel. It also has provision for 40,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space. We’re looking forward to providing this world-class office and retail accommodation within the thriving capital city.

Supporting our community

At Qmile Group, we think it’s important to give back to our community. We were delighted to announce our two-year partnership with Watsonian Warriors, the mini rugby section of the Scottish Premiership rugby club Watsonian FC. The partnership will see all Watsonian Warriors mini rugby teams and coaching staff provided with new kit and rugby equipment. Qmile Group will also be headline sponsor of Watsonian Warriors’ annual mini rugby tournament,  which attracts up to 600 children and their parents from clubs throughout Scotland.

 Being a force for good

The environment is also incredibly important to us at Qmile Group. As part of the redevelopment of the historic Craighouse site, we enhanced and doubled the size of a local nature reserve on Easter Craiglockhart Hill. Along the perimeter of the majestic site lay 20-acres of woodland, which we upgraded and returned to Edinburgh City Council so they could be enjoyed by the people of Edinburgh for many years to come.

Environmental policy

Qmile Group is committed to sourcing materials from sustainable, controlled and managed sources and ensures its properties are built with the environment in mind, from energy performance to pollution prevention. All directors, managers, staff and contractors are provided with in depth training to deliver our environmental and sustainability policy.
