Qmile Group has released for sale five conversion apartments within a Victorian red brick and yellow sandstone villa at Craighouse.

Called Queen's Craig, the villa comprises a total of 10 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes and the apartments are the final conversions to be released at Craighouse.

The five released properties range in price from £595,000 for a second floor 893 sq ft two-bedroom apartment to £695,000 for a 1,345 sq ft first floor two-bedroom residence.

Priced at £625,000, one of the two-bedroom homes released for sale is a ground floor ‘garden apartment’. It overlooks Queen’s Craig’s private west-facing garden terrace which can be accessed via the apartment’s second bedroom/study.

In addition to the five currently available, two apartments have already been reserved off plan, meaning there will only be three more to buy within Queen’s Craig.

Whilst carefully restoring and retaining many of Queen’s Craig’s original features to provide each apartment with its own character, all also benefit from high specification.
