At Edinburgh’s celebrated Quartermile, the Qmile Group team optimised and delivered one of the UK’s most complex mixed-use developments.
The masterplan for this landmark £750m project incorporated 1,050 apartments, 370,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, 65,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space and 7 acres of open landscaping.
Built and released in phases, demand for apartments, retail units and offices always exceeded availability. The offices were let to high profile tenants, including a record-breaking letting deal with State Street. By 2017, the entire development had been successfully let or sold.
