Broomielaw
Located on a prime site on the north bank of the River Clyde, 220 Broomielaw was a £150m mixed-use development comprising three new Grade A office buildings, retail units and public spaces.
The 500,000 sq ft site was bought, fully developed and sold in the space of two years, proving that fast turnaround can be achieved without compromising on quality.
Built to exceed both office and environmental standards, the development achieved BCO, DDA and British Standards compliance, as well as BREEAM ‘very good’ rating and EPC ‘B’.
