Enzo: The next phase

ENZO, the Italian bar and restaurant at Edinburgh’s stylish Quartermile development, is entering the next phase of development this month, with changes to the business structure, menus and the interior design.

Following the departure of one of the original directors, Michele Civiera, PPSR has taken over. PPSR is the driving force behind huge successes such as Steak Restaurant, Fish Eatery, Beer and Skittles Bar and Twelve Picardy Place Hotel.

We have been collating all of the customer feedback we have received since ENZO opened in August 2014, and as a result we’ve made some subtle changes to the interior of the bar and restaurant. To enhance the casual sophistication and comfort of the bar area, we have added plant boxes, atmospheric lighting, new curtains and blackboards, which showcase special offers, exclusive menu items and updates about ENZO.

A brand new menu launched this week and service times have been extended from midday right through to 10pm to improve customer convenience. ENZO aims to provide an exquisite dining experience and, inspired by his Italian heritage and excellent local produce, our chef works to create beautiful food that retains the true, characteristic taste of Italy.

Alongside the launch of our new all day menu, our bar food and drinks menu is also being completely revamped. From exquisite antipasti and pizzette, to a carefully selected range of wines, beers and creative cocktails, they’ve been developed to ensure an enjoyable all round experience at ENZO.

This week is a big week for the restaurant and bar because it also marks the beginning of an exclusive ENZO ‘customer week’. For seven days, we are offering 50 per cent off all restaurant bookings at any time of the day, with everyone dining also receiving an exclusive customer card for on-going promotions and discounts.

We recently began the distribution of ENZO customer cards, that reward our Quartermile neighbours, customers and associates with discounts in the bar and restaurant. Our exclusive customer card offers 10 per cent off food in the restaurant and 20 per cent off drinks at the bar at all times. Quartermile residents get a special gold card, which gives them 10 per cent off food and 25 per cent off drinks.

This new card scheme, coupled with the improvements to the interior and business structure, all serve to enhance the experience for our guests.
