The seven story Foster + Partners designed building, the first of four in the development, offers nearly 10,000sq m of panoramic glass walled office space, with stunning views of Edinburgh Castle and George Heriot’s school to the north and Quartermile to the south.
With raised access flooring, flexible lighting systems, high-speed lifts and efficient air conditioning the building’s features surpass the demands of a modern efficient office. Voted BCO Scottish Regional Commercial Workspace 2008, Quartermile One is already home to eminent solicitors Maclay Murray Spens.
The building was purchased by Morley Fund Management (on behalf of Norwich Property Trust) in October 2007.
