Construction at Craighouse is progressing at pace with works well underway on the first three conversion buildings and the first new build properties.

The foundations for Burton, a collection of new build townhouses and apartments, are now complete. Ground bearing slab is in place and the steel installed between ground and first floor. The scaffolding has been erected to the north and east of the building to enable works to commence on the superstructure.

The three conversion buildings: South Craig, East Craig and Bevan have been stripped back ready to begin the interior fitout which will restore them to their former glory. Windows are currently being refurbished and the roofs are being re-slated using existing slates where possible. These buildings are anticipated to be complete later this year.
