How do I register if I want to be kept updated?

When will the first apartments be completed?
The first apartments are already complete and we now have over 150 residents living at Quartermile. For more information on the residential offer, click the 'homebuyer opportunities' tab at the top of this page.

I am interested in commercial space. Who should I speak to?

When will construction work finish on site?
The development is expected to be complete around 2013.

Can I visit Quartermile now?
Yes, you can. The Marketing Centre is open 7 days, Fri - Wed 10.30am - 5.30pm Thurs 10.30am - 7.30pm (visitor parking is available and there is also a Quartermile public car park off Simpson Loan under Q5c) .

How is work progressing on site?
Phase 1 (Q4, Q12 and Q14) is now complete and Phase 2 is well underway. Peter's Yard, Starbucks and Sainsbury's Local are also all now open. This year will also see the launch of the new public square at the heart of the development.
