Affordable Housing

Quartermile will provide more than 170 affordable housing units to the west of the site, adjacent to Chalmers Street. Many flats will enjoy outstanding views across the Meadows or towards the Old Town. These units will be developed in partnership with a Housing Association. There will be provision for a crèche and surgery facilities to serve the residents of the block and for Quartermile as a whole.
