People are now living at Quartermile

Four years after work started on Quartermile, Edinburgh’s most exciting residential and business quarter is bursting into life with the arrival of its first residents and the opening of its first shops and cafes.

After many successful sales, the arrival of Quartermile’s first tenants marks a defining point in the regeneration of this unique site. By the middle of May this year, 164 apartments have been sold on site and100 of these are occupied. Despite a dip in the housing market elsewhere, the apartments at Quartermile continue to attract growing interest from potential buyers.
