Quartermile, Edinburgh’s most exciting new cosmopolitan quarter is bursting into life.
As well as Edinburgh’s first Swedish bakery, Peter’s Yard, the retail units within the Quartermile development fronting onto Middle Meadow Walk are also home to High Street names Sainsbury’s and Starbucks and more retail space is planned for the new public square which will open up the heart of the development and create a new public space later this year
With over 140 apartments occupied, 10 buildings now complete and retailers and businesses already on site, Quartermile is growing as a community and will continue to do so as the masterplan progresses towards its planned completion in 2014.
