Quartermile has reinforced its commitment to delivering the ultimate Edinburgh lifestyle with the launch of its dedicated concierge team. The much prized service, associated with luxury apartments in the most exclusive of addresses in the world’s top cities, will provide the residents of Quartermile with the highest quality city living.
The seven-strong team will be responsible for ensuring that residents at the prestigious new development enjoy secure premises, along with the added luxury of having essential everyday services available on their doorstep.
The team brings a wealth of experience to Quartermile, counting an ex-Foreign Legion soldier, ex-Royal Marine, and a former Ministry of Defence worker within its ranks.
Identifiable by their distinctive Quartermile suits and bright green ties, the concierge team will be on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week, able to assist with anything from dry cleaning to florist orders and key holding. There are also plans to introduce a dog walking service at a later date.
Security at the development will be the team’s top priority, and all will receive a high level of training in this area, including CCTV monitoring.
The key holding service will be a great benefit for residents at the deluxe development, enabling outside contractors, such as personal cleaners, authorised access to the property in their absence via a manned, PIN-code protected system.
All of the concierge team will also receive first aid training to enable them to assist in the event of a medical emergency.
The concierge team will be managed by Quartermile Estates, a separate company formed specifically to ensure life at the new development runs smoothly.
