Property gurus Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer have named Edinburgh as the best place to live in a special live broadcast of Location, Location, Location from the capital’s prestigious Quartermile development (Location Location Location: Best and Worst LIVE! airs on Channel 4 at 9pm tonight, Wednesday 17th October).
The annual show evaluates all regions of the UK based on a number of criteria to establish the nation’s hottest property spots. Local crime, environment, lifestyle, health, education and employment statistics are all considered, and then the areas are ranked in the ultimate property league table.
It is no wonder that Quartermile was selected as the venue for the live broadcast. Since its launch in September 2006, the exciting development has quickly cemented itself as one of Edinburgh’s most desirable addresses.
